As our Channel Listing Optimization Manager, your role will be mission-critical in ensuring our property listings on platforms like Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com perform at their absolute best.

You will work remotely, reporting directly to the VP Marketing, while collaborating seamlessly with teams across marketing, revenue, and operations. You’ll manage listings across multiple markets, ensuring that all details are complete, each listing is optimized, and aligned with our seasonal and strategic goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- OTA Platform Management: Ensure accurate, consistent, and competitive listings across Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and other platforms.
- Listing Optimization: Create and refine SEO-informed property descriptions, headlines, and amenity listings based on guest trends and platform algorithms.
- Visual Asset Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to manage photography and visual content, including A/B testing to improve conversions.
- Performance Monitoring: Use OTA dashboards and third-party tools to analyze listing metrics (click-through rates, booking velocity, review scores) and implement data-driven enhancements.
- Revenue Alignment: Work in tandem with the revenue management team to ensure pricing, promotions, and availability are accurate and effective across all OTAs.
- Multi-Location Strategy: Standardize best practices across locations, while tailoring listings to local nuances and unique property characteristics.
- Guest Communication Templates: Maintain and optimize guest messaging to enhance satisfaction, minimize cancellations, and foster positive reviews.
- OTA Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact with OTA representatives to stay informed about algorithm updates, policy changes, and new tools and services.
- Guest Review Management: Manage guest reviews across all channel platforms, provide reporting, and escalate feedback to the teams as needed, with the goal of increasing review counts and scores.
- Unit Onboarding: Coordinate with the property manager and other teams to ensure onboarding units are accurately created in PMS and distributed to all relevant channels.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years managing OTA listings for short-term rentals (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com)
- Proven success in improving listing visibility, rankings, and conversions
- Strong writing and editing skills—especially in crafting persuasive, SEO-savvy content
- Familiarity with tools like PriceLabs, Key Data, channel managers, and PMS systems
- Highly organized, with a systems mindset and sharp attention to detail
- Data-driven and continuously looking to improve performance through testing and analytics
- Comfortable working remotely with regular communication via Slack, email, Zoom, and Airtable
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 based on experience
