POSITION SUMMARY:

We're looking for an Account Executive who’s driven to grow our property portfolio and expand our footprint in the short-term rental market. Your primary focus will be acquiring new homeowners by building strong relationships with property owners and local partners, including realtors.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating leads, setting meetings with potential new owners, and  explaining our services. Success in this position means hitting acquisition targets, expanding brand presence in key markets, and helping us bring more high-quality homes into our rental program. A strong understanding of the vacation rental industry and a passion for connecting with people are essential.

Your day-to-day tasks will include cultivating and meeting with new leads, following up promptly, understanding what’s happening in the market, and working closely alongside the CEO, COO and other leadership team members to bolster our brand recognition and win new contracts. Please note this position is an in office position located in Fort Myers Beach, Florida.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generating new leads for new owners.
  • Meet with potential owners in person, via phone calls and emails.
  • Use data to interpret critical historical, market, and home data to create accurate property projections.
  • Collaborate with our team and homeowners to collect everything needed to set up a new property—like photos, videos, and descriptions.
  • Provide our welcome package to homeowners to include portal information, rules, maintenance schedules, rates, town registration, rates, W9 and DR1C application forms, codes, etc.
  • Create a recruiting program to regularly bring in high-quality properties, working independently to keep things moving smoothly.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-3 years of Sales experience required, experience in hospitality or real estate sales is required.
  • The vacation rental industry is highly preferred.
  • Proven sales experience and comfortable delivering presentations.
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • A self-motivated, proactive, forward thinker
  • Ability to analyze data, particularly in marketing
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with all team members
  • Computer literacy and proficiency using strong skills using the Google Workspace
  • Proven time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks and problem-solve to meet deadlines
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related diploma preferred
