POSITION SUMMARY:
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support and expand our portfolio of vacation rental properties. This role is essential in building relationships with property owners, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the overall success of our company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospect List Development: Research and compile comprehensive lists of potential clients, including key contact information and company details.
- Marketing Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement targeted campaigns aimed at generating and nurturing leads.
- Outbound Prospecting: Initiate contact with potential clients through calls, emails, and other outreach methods to generate new business opportunities.
- Lead Nurturing: Maintain and develop relationships with prospects, guiding them through the sales pipeline to conversion.
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM systems to track interactions, manage prospect data, and monitor the progress of leads.
- Performance Reporting: Analyze and report on the effectiveness of outreach and marketing campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales support, marketing, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Compensation: Full Time Salary plus commission for OTE of $50k - $75k
