POSITION SUMMARY:
The Branch Manager serves as the operational and business development leader for D & A Building Services, D & A Window Cleaning Services, and D & A Landscaping.
This role is responsible for driving new business growth, overseeing branch operations, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across all contracts.
You’ll play a key role in cultivating client relationships, expanding market presence, managing budgets and profitability, and leading teams that consistently exceed customer expectations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead sales, marketing, and business development initiatives for all D & A service lines.
- Prepare and participate in commercial and government contract bids and proposals.
- Oversee contract operations to ensure performance, profitability, and compliance.
- Serve as the primary liaison with building administrators and facility contacts.
- Conduct quality control inspections and ensure standards are met or exceeded.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA and environmental safety.
- Maintain open, proactive communication with clients and ensure timely responses.
- Manage and monitor budgets, P&L performance, and profitability across accounts.
- Develop strategic initiatives to achieve branch goals and expand market share.
- Oversee account planning, reporting, and territory management activities.
- Execute full-cycle sales processes, including:
- Prospecting and qualifying new accounts (cold calling and networking)
- Building relationships with management-level decision makers
- Estimating, proposal development, and contract negotiation (with approval)
- Represent D & A at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or 3–5 years of leadership experience in the janitorial, facilities management, or building services industry.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Proven success in sales, operations, and client relationship management.
- Strong financial acumen with ability to analyze and interpret P&L data.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- High energy level and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Occasional overnight travel required.
- Deep commitment to service quality, client satisfaction, and team development.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Pay: $50,000 - $55,000 Annually
