POSITION SUMMARY:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate, review, and distribute owner statements.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations for accuracy.
- Handle general accounting tasks, including payables, receivables, and journal entries.
- Ensure precise financial reporting and property transaction reconciliation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (hospitality industry experience preferred).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and experience with property management systems (a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Monthly Rate: $900 - $1,200
