POSITION SUMMARY:
We’re seeking a native bilingual (Spanish and English) Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This remote role involves managing day-to-day property operations, coordinating maintenance and cleaning teams, and ensuring a high standard of guest satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and assign maintenance tickets to staff, ensuring timely completion.
- Coordinate with the Guest Services team to resolve guest issues efficiently.
- Oversee and optimize cleaning schedules while addressing issues directly with cleaners.
- Review property inspection reports to maintain high standards of cleanliness and functionality.
- Ensure accurate billing for maintenance, cleaning, and operational tasks.
- Collaborate on unit improvement recommendations and ensure timely execution.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Native fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- 2+ years of experience in property management, hospitality, or operational roles preferred.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in task management and scheduling tools; comfortable using computers daily.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Salary: $1,000 - $1,500 Monthly
