POSITION SUMMARY:

You’re not just good with numbers - you’re GREAT with numbers, and accuracy might as well be your middle name. That’s exactly who we’re looking for to join our accounting department as an Accounting Clerk.

To fill this position, we are seeking a highly detail-oriented, conscientious, and committed individual who can submit Surplus Lines transactions on a daily basis per state insurance rules within reporting deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Daily submission of Surplus Lines transactions in multiple states per state insurance rules and within reporting deadlines
  • Daily running of reports, verification and reconciliation of data to ensure accuracy and timely resolution of differences.
  • Review documents and state-required forms for compliance and accuracy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ year(s) of experience in an accounting and/or bookkeeping position
  • Strong comprehension, communication, and analytical skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel Skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and processing a high volume of transactions daily

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 based on skill set and experience
