Position Summary
As a B2B Account Manager, you’ll build and manage relationships with commercial clients, helping them protect their businesses through customized pest control solutions.
This is a consultative sales role focused on new business development, account growth, and delivering long-term value to customers. If you’re competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by commission, this role offers strong income potential and career advancement.

Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new B2B accounts
- Manage and grow existing client relationships
- Conduct property inspections and identify pest risks
- Recommend tailored service solutions
- Close sales and achieve revenue targets
- Utilize company tools and CRM to manage pipeline
- Maintain professionalism and prioritize safety at all times
Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred (B2B or outside sales a plus)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Comfortable working independently in the field
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Work in crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, and outdoors
- Use ladders and wear PPE as required
Compensation, Benefits & More
- $50,000 - 90,000 first-year earnings (base + commission)
