POSITION SUMMARY:

We seek a motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the financial industry and a proven track record of sales success. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing sales to drive the growth of Coastal Kapital.

Our ideal applicant will have experience with equipment finance and working capital loans. This is a 1099 contract position that allows you to make your own schedule while offering an aggressive commission structure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and presenting appropriate solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Effectively communicate the benefits and features of Coastal Kapital's financial products and services to potential clients.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to close sales and achieve targets.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM software.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support for clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the financial industry is required, preferably in alternative lending.
  • Previous experience in equipment finance or working capital is desired.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, including equipment financing, working capital, and business loans.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Monthly: OTE $10,000 - $50,000

This is a 1099 contract position with a competitive commission-based compensation structure, offering significant, uncapped earning potential based on performance.
