POSITION SUMMARY:
Alertify is looking for a driven and persuasive Account Executive to spearhead new business opportunities and foster strong client relationships. In this role, you’ll effectively communicate the value of our software solutions, working with marketing and product teams to create targeted strategies. The ideal candidate has a track record of achieving sales goals, navigating complex sales cycles, and closing high-value deals. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives
- Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our software solutions to potential clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to develop targeted sales strategies
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and enhance sales
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 years in sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Familiarity with the vacation rental industry is beneficial, particularly connections to VRMs with 100+ units (not required)
- Demonstrated success closing $30-50k deals and strong potential to close deals in the $50-250k range through skilled negotiation
- Proficiency in CRM software (such as Hubspot) and quick to adopt new tech tools
- Exceptional communication skills, adept at building relationships and influencing decision-makers
- Highly independent, motivated, and collaborative, with natural leadership abilities
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 plus a competitive uncapped commission structure
Bonus: A competitive compensation plan
