POSITION SUMMARY:

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be the face and voice of PMI Tree City. Building relationships, creating excitement about our services, and driving new growth across the Treasure Valley.

You’ll engage prospective clients through calls, emails, networking, and social media, uncovering needs and showing how PMI Tree City can help them reach their goals. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build, grow, and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound calls, emails, networking, and social media outreach.
- Develop meaningful relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and community partners.
- Convert warm and cold leads into signed management agreements.
- Create and present proposals that highlight PMI Tree City’s value and service excellence.
- Attend community events, business meetups, and industry gatherings to build visibility and connections.
- Collaborate with leadership on creative marketing and lead-generation strategies.
- Track all opportunities in the CRM and stay proactive with follow-ups.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ year(s) experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in real estate, property management, or a related service industry.
- You’re a natural communicator who can quickly build rapport and trust.
- Driven by results and motivated by clear goals, incentives, and recognition.
- Confident using CRM systems, social media platforms, and modern communication tools.
- Able to manage multiple conversations and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Positive attitude, professional presence, and a genuine love for helping people succeed.
Preferred (but not required):
- Prior experience in property management, real estate, or home services sales.
- Knowledge of the local rental market and investor community.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Compensation: This is a 100% commission-based role with an uncapped bonus structure.

Location: Nampa, ID (local travel as needed)
