POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Front Desk Agent at Holiday Isle, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests—setting the tone for an exceptional stay from the moment they arrive. You’ll bring warmth, positivity, and professionalism to every interaction, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere in the lobby.
This role calls for someone who thrives on connection, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in going the extra mile to make guests feel at home. You’ll offer thoughtful local recommendations, assist with requests, and ensure each guest feels valued and cared for. With strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality, you’ll handle transactions, manage reservations, and coordinate work orders seamlessly—all while maintaining Holiday Isle’s signature standard of service and charm.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet all guests and make them feel welcome.
- Process check-in/check-out of guests, process any guest credits and/or charges.
- Contacting guests and welcoming them upon their arrival and exit.
- Create and assign work orders for reported issues and follow up with vendors and guests.
- Communicate professionally via text messages and respond promptly to guest inquiries.
- Upon request, provide guests with information regarding local activities such as dining recommendations and activities in the area.
- Perform clerical duties such as answering phones, email correspondence, typing, filing, and computer data entry as necessary.
- Audit reservations to ensure all required policies are being met.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Availability to work weekends, on call shifts, and holidays in the office as required.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Must be able to pass a background check.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $20.00
