POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Housekeeper at Beyond Expectations Vacation Rentals, you’ll play an essential role in keeping our properties spotless and welcoming for every guest. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to work efficiently will help create the kind of experiences that keep guests coming back.

From deep cleaning and sanitizing to refreshing linens and checking that equipment is in good working order, you’ll take pride in making sure each home meets our high standards. We are committed to delivering a 5-Star clean—this is our highest standard and expectation for every property and every contractor. Please note that this is a Full Time, Contract (1099) role with monthly pay.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Clean and sanitize all areas of the property to meet high cleanliness standards within designated timeframes, including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
  • Dust surfaces and refresh linens by changing sheets, towels, and other bedding
  • Thoroughly clean bathrooms and kitchens, including running and emptying the dishwasher
  • Drain and sanitize hot tubs, clean grills, and remove all trash from the property
  • Inspect and ensure functionality of light bulbs, batteries, and essential equipment
  • Maintain reliability and punctuality, with dependable transportation and a working cell phone required

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in professional cleaning, preferably in vacation rentals — references required
  • Ability to work independently while staying motivated and focused
  • A strong sense of professionalism, combined with speed and precision
  • Proficiency in the English language
  • Drivers license and reliable transportation required.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Monthly Salary - 1099 role
