POSITION SUMMARY:
As the Property Operations Coordinator, you’ll be crucial in the efficiency of our day-to-day workflows, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. From coordinating vendors and managing property onboarding/offboarding to scheduling preventative maintenance and handling guest-related escalations, you’ll keep operations on track. You’ll also play a key role in helping us integrate Besty AI to streamline communication and make our processes smarter and more scalable.
This remote role gives you the chance to shape operational systems as we expand. You’ll be joining a fast-growing team that values efficiency, innovation, and guest satisfaction—while redefining what vacation rental management can look like.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set up and manage vendors within Breezeway.
- Input and maintain accurate property data.
- Track and update work orders, maintenance requests, and completion timelines.
- Assist with implementation of Besty AI to manage routine guest communications and use it to manage routine guest communications and after hours support
- Handle escalated guest issues and ensure proper documentation
- Log all maintenance issues into Breezeway for tracking and resolution.
- Manually broadcast guest-impacting notices (e.g., pool closures, HOA updates).
- Enter Wi-Fi details, utilities, guidebooks, and resources into Breezeway/Ens
- Follow standardized checklists to decommission properties, including item removal and service cancellations.
- Audit existing maintenance processes and templates.
- Develop deep clean and preventative maintenance checklists for all properties.
- Roll out new templates and ensure team wide adoption.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of vacation rental, property management, or hospitality operations experience.
- English fluency, both written and spoken.
- Excellent organizational skills with a process-first mindset.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with remote teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word Document
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Familiarity with Enso, Guesty, or other PMS tools.
- Experience working with AI-powered guest communication platforms.
- Previous work coordinating with virtual vendor networks
- Hands-on experience with Breezeway - strongly preferred
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Rate: $8.00 - $12.00
Bonus
Potential for performance based and/or retention based bonuses
