We provide housekeeping cleaning services to a range of establishments, including Airbnbs and boutique hotels. We are dedicated to creating environments that our guests are proud to call their home during their stay.

Join our team of Heirloom Vacations in beautiful Duluth, Minnesota, as a Full-Time Housekeeper and play a key role in delivering top-notch experiences through exceptional property management services!

As a Housekeeper, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, order, and overall presentation of our properties. Your attention to detail and passion for creating inviting spaces will contribute to the exceptional living experiences we provide to our residents and guests. Not to mention, there is room for growth with our company!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform thorough cleaning of assigned properties, ensuring all areas are maintained to our high standards.
  • Utilize your scheduling expertise to plan and coordinate cleaning activities efficiently.
  • Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to address specific cleaning and maintenance needs.
  • Uphold sanitation and hygiene standards, creating a safe and pleasant environment for residents and guests.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, residents, and guests to ensure a seamless cleaning experience.
  • Occasional contract cleaning

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Physical Qualifications

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Capability to bend, stoop, and navigate various physical movements.
  • Comfortable walking up and down stairs.
  • Proficient in pushing and pulling objects as required by the job.

Minimum Qualifications - Required

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
  • Must have use of a personal insured vehicle for transportation for work-related travel.
  • Must pass a criminal background study.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly range: $18.00 - $20.00 based on experience
