POSITION SUMMARY:
Are you a people-person who thrives in a fast-paced environment?
As a Leasing Agent at Heirloom, you'll help prospective tenants find the perfect place to call home by building genuine connections and offering knowledgeable guidance, never a pushy sales pitch. You'll showcase rental homes across the Duluth/Superior area, respond to inquiries, and guide applicants through every step of the leasing process, from first showing to move-in day.
In this role, you'll also collaborate with property owners to ensure listings are effectively marketed and priced, and work closely with our Property Management Team to ensure smooth transitions for well-qualified tenants.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor marketed properties and make adjustments to pricing, marketing materials, or marketing strategy
- Manage a calendar of showings and deliver property-specific information to prospective tenants
- Communicate with property owners on status updates and specific property needs for marketed properties
- Guide prospective tenants through Heirloom's leasing process
- Approve applicants based on Heirloom's rental criteria
- Assist approved applicants in understanding our lease and preparing for move in
- Meet tenants at properties to hand off keys and move tenants into new homes
- Work with property managers for a seamless handoff between leasing and property management
- Provide quality customer service to leads, tenants, and property owners
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong customer service experience required, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Must be of the age of 18 or older
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must have use of a reliable, insured vehicle
- Ability to work Monday-Friday, with flexibility for occasional evening/weekend availability
- Excellent communication skills, both in-person and in writing
- Strong computer skills, including PC or Mac with experience in MS Office, Google, and web-based software
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $42,000 - $50,000 based on experience
Bonus
Bonus based on leases signed, with ties to KPIs and role performance.

Schedule
Monday-Friday 9-5 with an occasional evening/weekend
