POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team at JZ Vacation Rentals in Denver. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with the skills to tackle a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks that keep our vacation rental properties in excellent shape. With strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship, you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for every guest.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to maintenance tickets for guest units and common areas.
- Prioritize and complete repairs within same-day turnover windows.
- Troubleshoot and repair common issues: doors/locks, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, appliances.
- Communicate status updates clearly in Breezeway and/or Slack.
- Perform property walk-throughs and preventative checks.
- Document work completed and flag recurring issues to the supervisor.
- Participate in rotating weekend/on-call support when necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-2 years of professional experience with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair
- Must be able to use software and technology, must be able to use mobile apps for task tracking and communication
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Comfortable working independently and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Rate: $30.00 - $40.00

12 p.m- 6.pm. Tuesday - Saturday
