POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Service Coordinator to support our Operations and Housekeeping Managers in maintaining the high standards that define the SeaBreeze experience. This role is essential to the daily coordination of maintenance and housekeeping services across our property portfolio. You will manage communications between vendors and internal teams, help oversee software workflows, create preventative maintenance reports, and maintain inventory records—all while keeping both homeowners and guests in mind.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Operations and Housekeeping Managers with day-to-day tasks and coordination
- Manage and monitor work order transitions across platforms (Streamline and Breezeway)
- Review, edit, and ensure accuracy of work orders prior to inclusion in owner statements
- Schedule maintenance technicians and monitor job completion
- Generate preventative maintenance and service reports for property owners
- Order and track inventory items and supplies
- Communicate with property owners regarding maintenance updates, reports, and service follow-ups
- Process and submit vendor invoices in a timely manner
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and PDF editing tools
- Comfortable using email and phone to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and written instructions
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms
- Prior experience in property operations, maintenance coordination, or hospitality preferred
- Familiarity with Streamline and Breezeway (admin side) is a plus
- Background in maintenance or vendor coordination is a bonus
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $22.00
