POSITION SUMMARY:

Cape & Coast Premier Properties is seeking a highly motivated and analytically-minded Revenue and Market Analyst to join our team in Cape San Blas, FL. This role is ideal for someone who loves diving into data, spotting revenue trends, and collaborating with internal leaders while also serving as a confident, credible point of contact for our homeowner partners.

You’ll work directly under our Revenue Manager, assisting with performance reviews, pricing accuracy, and market insights. Just as importantly, you’ll serve as a thoughtful liaison to homeowners, translating analytics into actionable guidance that helps them understand their revenue performance and maximize return.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Weekly review of revenue performance
  • Market and comp set analysis to identify pricing opportunities
  • Assist in implementing dynamic pricing strategies
  • Proactively communicate with homeowners to explain performance and guide decisions
  • Schedule and lead regular homeowner update calls
  • Daily check-ins with the Senior Revenue Manager
  • Monthly check-ins with the CEO
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy in data entry
  • Quality control of rates across platforms and company website
  • Collaborate with the Director of Business Development to identify and communicate owner revenue goals
  • Send biannual performance reports to homeowners
  • Track and report on competitive benchmarks and market trends
  • Provide support during the annual budget planning process
  • Coordinate solutions for business or technical issues involving homeowners, reservation specialists, and third-party partners

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Comfortable presenting data and insights to homeowners in a way that builds trust and clarity
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and numeric abilities
  • Personable, confident, and skilled in relationship building
  • Able to self-manage and prioritize time effectively
  • Results-oriented with a clear sense of urgency and follow-through
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and shifting priorities
  • Team-minded but independent enough to drive tasks forward on your own
  • Flexible and adaptable as company systems and tools evolve
  • A proactive problem solver with a collaborative spirit
  • Previous experience in hospitality, real estate, or revenue management a plus

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly pay range: $17.00 - $19.00
