COMPANY OVERVIEW:

Fido is the operational backbone for vacation rental and corporate housing providers nationwide. We manage the critical behind-the-scenes work like trash logistics, inspections, and white glove services that keep properties guest-ready and running smoothly.

We are not just another service vendor. We are a tech-enabled real-world operations company solving messy problems at scale with consistency, speed, and care. Our customers trust us to show up when it counts, and we take that seriously.

Why work at Fido
• Your work has an immediate impact. What you build and manage shows up on the ground every day
• You are trusted to lead without being micromanaged
• You will own a core function and be expected to drive real results
• You will work with sharp, fast-moving people who value direct communication and great execution

If you like turning chaos into systems and want to take full ownership of a mission-critical operation, you’ll thrive here.

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are hiring a Director of Bin to Curb Operations to take full ownership of our most foundational service. This role reports directly to the COO and is responsible for running daily operations across all active markets.

You will oversee routing, labor, service quality, and on-time performance. You will also build the systems and team to scale from hundreds to thousands of units. Your day-to-day will involve managing remote support staff, coaching on-the-ground haulers, optimizing route efficiency, troubleshooting issues in real time, and preparing for new market launches.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in field logistics, knows how to get results from distributed teams, and is comfortable getting into the details when needed. You are not just managing a process. You are owning an entire operation.

This is a remote position, but candidates based in the Tampa area will be given priority.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own daily bin to curb operations across all active markets
  • Manage routing, labor, service quality, and performance metrics
  • Lead a distributed team of on-the-ground haulers and remote support staff
  • Build systems for routing, quality control, and labor efficiency
  • Launch new markets and ensure operational readiness from day one
  • Troubleshoot real-time issues and step in directly when needed
  • Improve route profitability, staffing ratios, and margin targets in partnership with the COO
  • Set up offshore support for dispatch and issue resolution
  • Travel 10 to 20 percent of the time for launches, audits, and team development

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5 or more years of experience in field logistics, route-based services, or labor-heavy operations
  • Proven ability to scale high-friction processes into repeatable systems
  • Experience managing distributed teams, including remote or offshore support
  • Comfortable working in the field when needed to understand and fix operational issues
  • Strong skills in tools like Google Sheets, Airtable, or Looker Studio
  • Clear and direct communicator who stays calm under pressure
  • Based in the United States and able to travel 1 to 2 times per quarter
  • Bonus: experience building or managing offshore support teams in an operations context

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 Annually
