To ensure their investment property is always in mint condition and generates the highest profit, we provide comprehensive property management services, including marketing, rental management, cleaning, and maintenance.

POSITION SUMMARY:
As the Remote Cleaning Coordinator at Beachside Vacation Rentals, you’ll be in charge of creating cleaning schedules, coordinating with cleaners throughout their shifts as issues come up, and communicating with the cleaning team regularly to keep everything on track. You’ll also work in our cleaning app to monitor performance and track team efficiency. You will be the main point of contact for our local cleaners, helping ensure sure each property is spotless, well-organized, and fully ready for guest arrivals.
We’re looking for someone who’s detail-oriented, great at staying on top of tasks, and comfortable juggling a busy day. If you enjoy working with people and take pride in keeping things running smoothly, this could be a great fit.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and manage cleaning schedules
- Communicate with local cleaning teams throughout their shifts to address any issues that arise
- Monitor cleaning app entries to track cleaning performance and efficiency
- Review cleaning performance to maintain quality and improve processes
- Communicate regularly with cleaners to provide support, updates, and feedback
- Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to resolve any property readiness concerns
- Keep detailed records of completed cleans, issues, and follow-up actions
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required (spoken and written)
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using computers and cleaning or task management apps
- Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules and multiple properties
- Ability to stay calm and solve problems in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Monthly Rate: $1,000 - $1,500
