POSITION SUMMARY:

As our Director of Marketing, you’ll drive growth, elevate our brand, and optimize revenue across every channel. You’ll lead a high-performing team of marketing associates and revenue experts while collaborating directly with executive leadership. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute bold strategies to grow revenue, increase occupancy, and elevate the brand.
  • Lead and inspire a cross-functional team across marketing and revenue management—fostering accountability, excellence, and collaboration.
  • Implement dynamic pricing strategies and optimize distribution channels using platforms like Track, TouchStay, PriceLabs, and Beyond.
  • Drive creative, integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and traditional media aligned with brand identity
  • Use marketing tactics and skills to drive Lead Generation
  • Craft a compelling brand story and guest communication strategy that converts and retains customers.
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights through advanced analytics and performance reporting (RevPAR, ADR, occupancy).
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, technology, and market shifts to maintain a competitive edge.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of senior marketing leadership experience, including 3+ years in hospitality, vacation rentals, or travel.
  • Proven digital marketing and revenue management expertise with a track record of driving results.
  • Confident leadership with the ability to rally high-performing teams and align cross-functional departments.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, SEO tools, CRM systems, Track, TouchStay, PriceLabs, Beyond, and other relevant tech.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategic actions and present to senior leadership.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication with a talent for storytelling and brand-building.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 annually based on experience and achievement

Bonus: We recognize and reward great work. In addition to a competitive salary, this role offers performance-based bonuses of up to $10,000 annually, based on individual and company performance. It's our way of sharing success and celebrating your contributions.
