POSITION SUMMARY:
The Maintenance Runner will ensure that homes are well kept, and maintenance and housekeeping needs are reported as needed. Communication with all departments is key when reporting issues in need of attention. Professional communication is expected with co-workers, Owners and Guests alike. The Maintenance Runner will conduct periodic checks to ensure that properties meet our high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and functionality.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver the highest standard of service to all customers / homeowners and guests
- Effectively maintain an accurate list of supplies and track to which homes supplies are delivered to
- Provide updates on running tasks, timelines and / or if more help is needed
- Write up detailed descriptions of work performed on each home
- Inspecting homes (with a focus on exterior maintenance needs)
- Collecting and disposing of trash
- Refilling propane tanks
- Blowing off walkways and patios
- Cleaning BBQs
- Tidying up outdoor areas
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours and be on-call as needed.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Travel throughout Southwest Michigan
- Smartphone proficiency for accessing company technology.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Range: $17 - $20
Schedule:
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
