POSITION SUMMARY:

Alertify is seeking a results-oriented Account Executive focused on driving sales growth within the Hotel sector. In this critical role, you'll leverage your hospitality industry expertise to build robust client relationships and effectively communicate the value of our innovative monitoring solutions to hotels. You will tailor strategic outreach, successfully navigate complex sales cycles, and close high-value agreements. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with hotels through strategic prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with hotel executives, general managers, and operational decision-makers, deeply understanding their specific business needs and operational challenges.
  • Create and conduct impactful presentations and demonstrations, clearly articulating the benefits and ROI of Alertify’s solutions tailored to hotel clients.
  • Collaborate proactively with internal teams (marketing, product development, customer success) to develop and execute targeted, industry-specific sales strategies.
  • Manage contract negotiations, ensuring timely deal closures and sustained client satisfaction to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, pipeline developments, and revenue forecasts using Hubspot.
  • Stay updated on hospitality industry trends, competitors, regulations, and emerging technologies to enhance sales approaches and uncover new market opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, specifically selling into the hotel or hospitality industry, with proven success consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated experience and a network within the hospitality industry, especially relationships with hotel chains, resorts, and management groups. Ideally, you have experience selling hardware products with a SaaS element being.
  • Track record of successfully negotiating and closing deals in the $50-250k range, showcasing expertise in navigating complex organizational structures and decision-making processes.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and comfort adopting and mastering new technology tools rapidly.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, adept at engaging senior stakeholders and influencing purchase decisions.
  • Highly independent, self-motivated, strategic, and collaborative, with the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional initiatives.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $50,000 - $80,000 based on experience and achievement
