POSITION SUMMARY:
We’re looking for a hands-on, dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain our beautiful vacation rental homes in Saugatuck, Douglas, and the surrounding lakeshore areas. You'll handle a wide range of property repairs and upkeep, with a focus on ensuring every home meets our high standards for cleanliness, functionality, and guest satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and repair vacation rental properties across the lakeshore area
- Perform general home repairs, including carpentry, painting, and basic mechanical work
- Manage hot tub and swimming pool care (training provided if needed)
- Diagnose maintenance issues and resolve them efficiently
- Communicate with the team to ensure timely and quality service
- Occasionally support weekend check-ins or emergency calls
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Basic home repair skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently
- Knowledge of carpentry, painting, and general mechanical systems
- Experience with hot tubs or swimming pools is a plus—but we’re happy to train the right person
- Strong communication and reliability
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Pay: Based on experience
Schedule: 9:00am–5:30pm (some weekends required)
Part time may also be available with out benefits.
