POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Business Development Representative at Freewyld, you’ll play a pivotal role in accelerating our revenue growth by introducing our innovative service to short-term rental operators and boutique hotels. You bring hands-on experience in both hospitality and revenue management—essential for building instant credibility with seasoned operators. You’re comfortable navigating conversations around pricing strategy, pacing, RevPAR, OTA performance, and seasonal trends, and you’ve either worked in or successfully sold to the short-term rental and boutique hotel space.

With a strong track record in high-ticket B2B sales, you thrive in a fast-moving, high-performance environment, taking full ownership of the sales cycle from outreach to close. You’re proactive, thoughtful, and capable of earning trust quickly. You’re energized by the opportunity to build and lead a sales function in a startup with ambitious growth goals, and you bring clear communication, adaptability, and integrity to everything you do. Beyond bringing in clients, you’re also motivated to convert course sales and help us serve broader market segments as we scale.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own and manage the entire sales process from first touch to signed agreement
  • Qualify inbound leads, conduct strategic discovery calls, and build trust with operator CEOs
  • Proactively reach out to top STR and boutique hospitality companies
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers across the industry
  • Communicate the value of our RPM service clearly and confidently
  • Track performance, maintain CRM hygiene, and share feedback with marketing and leadership
  • Sell non-qualified RPM leads into our revenue training course to maximize lead ROI

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Have experience in hospitality AND revenue management (this is a must) **3+ years
  • Are comfortable discussing pricing strategy, pacing, RevPAR, OTA performance, and seasonal trends
  • Have worked in or sold to short-term rental operators or boutique hotels
  • Have a successful track record of high-ticket B2B sales
  • Are proactive, thoughtful, and able to build trust quickly with experienced operators
  • Are excited about owning a sales function and growing alongside a high-performance team
  • Are energized by working in a startup environment with ambitious growth goals
  • Can adapt, communicate clearly, and operate with a high level of integrity
  • Are excited about both closing RPM clients and converting course sales to serve broader market segments

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $125,000 - $200,000

Bonus

  • $4,000/month base salary for the first 90 days
  • Commissions + revenue share on every client you close
  • Bonus plan based on performance
  • On-target earnings of $150,000–$200,000 per year
