POSITION SUMMARY:
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and creative — with a passion for helping a growing brand thrive? We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to support day-to-day marketing operations while keeping our systems and communications running smoothly.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a hybrid role combining administrative, creative, and sales-support tasks. You’ll help keep our marketing engine running — with a mix of structure and creativity.
CRM & Prospect Management:
- Maintain and organize our CRM with accurate owner and lead information. Segment contacts and prepare lists for outreach.
Lead Generation Support:
- Build and maintain prospect lists using public data, real estate platforms, and internal records. Assist with ownership research and property data entry.
Cold Outreach Campaigns:
- Help execute outbound email campaigns to prospective owners. Personalize and send initial touchpoints, track engagement, and support follow-ups.
Spreadsheet & Reporting Tasks:
- Work with Excel to manage prospecting data, track campaign metrics, and report on marketing and sales activities.
Content & Design Support:
- Assist in creating and formatting content for social media, emails, presentations, and print materials (using Canva or similar tools).
Administrative Tasks:
- Support the marketing and sales teams with scheduling, light copywriting, mailings, filing, and internal project coordination.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, admin, or support roles
- Familiarity with CRM systems (like ZOHO, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar)
- Strong communication and writing skills (AI tools)
- Eye for design; experience with Canva or other design platforms a plus
- Comfort with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
- Self-starter mindset — you’re organized, proactive, and eager to grow
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $32,000 - $42,000
