POSITION SUMMARY:
PMI Mountain Collection is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team in Park City, UT. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with experience in various trades, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and appliance maintenance. The technician will be responsible for conducting regular property inspections, identifying potential issues, and efficiently resolving maintenance concerns to uphold our high-quality standards. A strong ability to work independently, problem-solve, and adapt to a fast-paced environment is essential.
This position requires a hands-on approach to property care, focusing on preventative maintenance and small repairs to ensure homes remain in top condition. The ideal candidate will take initiative in identifying and addressing maintenance needs before they become larger issues. Collaboration with both internal teams and external vendors will be key in delivering an exceptional experience for our valued guests. What We’re Looking For:
- A self-starter who takes initiative and can identify maintenance needs.
- Experience with general handyman tasks (painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently.
- Ability to use basic tools and troubleshoot maintenance issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure properties remain in top condition.
- Complete minor repairs, touch-ups, and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Handle small handyman projects such as fixing leaks, minor electrical work, drywall repair, and appliance troubleshooting.
- Communicate with the team and homeowners about necessary repairs or improvements.
- Ensure all homes are guest-ready and maintain a high standard of care.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Background in general maintenance, handyman services, or property care
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs efficiently
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and appliance maintenance
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and vendors
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Range: $25.00 - $32.00

Schedule
- Thursday - Monday with a 9am - 6pm but we are flexible as well. Friday and Sunday are mandatory.
