POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Revenue Manager VA to support our revenue management team. This role will assist in pricing strategies, client onboarding, daily operations, and revenue tracking. If you love working with numbers, analyzing trends, and optimizing financial performance in a dynamic, fast-paced environment—this role is for you!
In this role, you will work closely with our revenue management experts to optimize pricing strategies, maintain client databases, and generate insightful reports. You will organize and maintain client call recordings for internal reference, set up client resources in Google Drive and Slack for seamless collaboration and build and update a unit database for new clients, ensuring accurate and detailed data entry.
The ideal candidate possesses strong problem-solving skills, and is passionate about driving revenue growth in the short-term rental industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Apply OTA-specific discounts, including Airbnb Custom Promotions to maximize revenue.
- Set up and manage client Pricelabs accounts, ensuring accurate pricing strategies.
- Maintain internal Google Sheets/Excel databases for tracking revenue performance.
- Research and test OTA pricing tools, promotions, and features to enhance revenue optimization.
- Update and manage client revenue reports, including projections and performance tracking.
- Maintain department dashboards, tracking key revenue and pricing metrics.
- Generate and distribute client and owner reports, summarizing key financial insights.
- Keep the Revenue & Pricing Management (RPM) Learning Center updated with SOPs and training materials.
- Support client onboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions into our revenue management systems.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Remote position (Colombia, Central, or South America preferred).
- Work directly with team members across EST & PST time zones.
- Competitive hourly rate with room for growth based on performance.
