As our Marketing and Social Media Assistant at Jungle House, you’ll handle multiple priorities throughout your shift. Email and SMS Campaigns are a major part of this role, so someone who loves thinking outside the box with creativity and innovation to exceed Monthly Marketing Revenue KPI Results is ideal in this position.
In this position, you’ll be responsible for managing our CRM through Email and SMS Drip Campaigns, managing our Social Media accounts, improving our SEO through our website and Airbnb listings, and testing different Ad campaigns. We're looking for a Marketing and Social Media Assistant who is a WORLD CLASS marketing professional who proves it through results. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage our Email and SMS marketing campaigns by hitting Booking Revenue KPI monthly targets consistently
- Draft and send out monthly newsletter emails to our Email and SMS audiences and market current promotions
- Manage our social media accounts on FB, IG, TikTok and Youtube as well as our Google My Business account
- Manage our Google and Facebook Ad Campaigns
- Promote direct booking on our own website for guests who stayed with us through Airbnb, etc as well as promote exposure through other platforms
- Strategize on hitting Sales and Booking KPIs such as occupancy targets, upsell targets, booking inquiry conversion, etc
- Set up and manage all of our sales leads through a CRM such as Mailchimp and GoHighLevel
- Follow up with current and previous booking inquiries and requests
- Perform and Analyze Facebook A/B testing on different images
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Advanced Experienced in Marketing and Social Media Management: World class experience in email marketing, SMS marketing, SEO, blog post writing and social media management while consistently hitting revenue KPI targets.
- World Class Marketing Skills: Do not apply if you do not have WORLD CLASS marketing skills as we are looking for innovative and creative leaders in the marketing space
- Personable, Creative, and Guest-Focused: Able to bring a creative approach to guest engagement on social media, going beyond templates to create memorable and enjoyable guest experiences and interactions.
- Organized and Results-Driven: Highly organized, goal-oriented self-starter with a passion for exceeding marketing revenue targets and enhancing guest interaction on social media accounts. This position is to consistently meet and exceed marketing revenue KPI targets each month.
- Tech-Savvy & Mobile Ready: Proficient in Excel, Google Drive, and experienced in Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, Social Media platforms, SEO, blog posting (e.g., Mailchimp, GoHighLevel, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, etc); must have a smartphone or tablet, backup laptop, and reliable Wi-Fi connection.
- Marketing Background in CRM and Social Media: Previous experience in email drip campaigns, SMS drip campaigns, Facebook A/B Testing, Google Ads, etc
- Punctual, Reliable, and Committed: Daily report on Slack of a clock-in for the start of shift and a quick end-of-shift summary of what occurred for the day, any issues that need to be escalated, as well as a quick summary of all tasks completed. Asana is used for task management and a Screenshot Monitor is used to track being online and active.
REQUIREMENTS:
- This role is an hourly position and expected to be active and working during scheduled hours, this is not a project-based position.
- Required 100 mbps internet speed, a backup laptop device, and back up data/internet connection
- Experience with Google Drive, Slack, Loom, LastPass, Airbnb, Hostfully, Booking.com, VRBO, Hospitable (Smartbnb), Breezeway, Operto, PointCentral, OpenPhone, Mailchimp, Quickbooks, Pricelabs, Zapier, Asana, Hubspot preferred
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Monthly Salary: $750 - $800 per month
Probationary Period: $750 USD per month during 3 month probationary period and $800 USD after probationary period
