POSITION SUMMARY:

Become a hospitality innovator and leader in St. Pete Beach, FL.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to become our General Manager to oversee our vacation rental business. This critical role will report directly to the Regional Vice President. With a focus on winning, kindness, empathy, humility, and passion, the General Manager will be responsible for managing guest services, reservations, rate management, owner relations, operations, and financial planning. A successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in managing a successful vacation rental business.

As one of the leaders of our locations, the General Manager is responsible for the overall quality of our business. From managing and training staff, to creating and implementing policies and procedures, the General Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the success of our business!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and oversee daily operations of the vacation rental business, include guest service, reservations, owner relations, rate management and financial planning.
  • Supervise and train staff, ensuring excellent customer service is provided to guests and owners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new guests and owners.
  • Monitor occupancy rates and collaborate with rate management team adjust rates and availability to maximize revenue and occupancy.
  • Oversee vendors including maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and exceed guest expectations.
  • Manage owner relations and communicate effectively with owners to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts to ensure profitability and top line sales.
  • Continuously analyze and evaluate business performance, making necessary adjustments to improve profitability and efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4 years of hands-on leadership experience in managing teams, fostering a positive company culture, and ensuring employee engagement within the vacation rental or hospitality industry.
  • Stable work history, with a minimum of 4 years at one company, demonstrating loyalty, dedication, and long-term commitment to the role.
  • 2 years of experience with developing and managing annual budgets, forecasting financials, and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strategic thinking skills are a must.
  • Live with in 20 mile radius from St. Petersburg, FL

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $100,000 - $125,000

Bonus

  • Annual Bonus from $10k-$25k based on overall business performance in NOI, Unit Growth and Review Scores

SCHEDULE:

  • Full Time, 5 days a week with some weekends required
