POSITION SUMMARY:

As the Housekeeping Supervisor with Cape & Coast Premier Properties, you’ll oversee our team of 1099 housekeepers and ensure our luxury vacation rentals meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. You’ll also be the driving force behind quality control, conducting inspections, managing schedules, addressing any maintenance concerns, and making sure every property is guest-ready. This fast-paced, highly detailed role demands a strong, analytical problem-solver who isn’t afraid to take initiative and lead.

What You'll Do:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct thorough property inspections to uphold company cleanliness and quality standards before guest arrivals.
- Manage scheduling, task assignments, and tracking to ensure housekeeping duties are completed on time.
- Collaborate with housekeeping staff to resolve issues and provide hands-on support when needed.
- Communicate with the maintenance team to address repair and upkeep needs promptly.
- Ensure guest supplies, linens, and amenities are adequately stocked for each property.
- Train and evaluate housekeeping team members to maintain high performance and quality standards.
To Succeed You'll Need:
- Bring at least 2+ years of experience in a housekeeping supervisory role, preferably in hospitality or short-term rental management.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to manage a team and daily operations eff ectively.
- Utilize proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling software to coordinate tasks efficiently.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between properties.
- Meet the physical requirements of the job, including lifting up to 35 lbs, climbing stairs frequently, and working in various weather conditions.
- Showcase excellent communication and professional demeanor when working with staff , guests, and management.
- Pass a background check and provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Wage: $18.00 - $21.00
Bonus: Performance-based bonus opportunities

Schedule:
- The workweek runs from Thursday to Sunday.
