POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Customer Hospitality Agent at CoziVR, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer-centric mindset will be key to building relationships with guests and helping them find the perfect vacation rental. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks while maintaining a keen eye for detail. With your proactive approach and commitment to going above and beyond, you will contribute to the success of both our guests and the company.

Based in San Pedro Sula, Honduras.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive Sales: Proactively source sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and emails. Build and manage a pipeline of prospects within your assigned territory, closing sales to achieve quarterly quotas.
  • Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs and requirements to provide tailored vacation rental options, helping them find the perfect experience for their stay.
  • Exceptional Service: Deliver an above-and-beyond customer experience by demonstrating empathy, strong problem-solving skills, and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Guest Support: Act as the primary point of contact for guests through phone calls, text messages, live chats, OTA platforms, and emails, offering prompt and professional assistance with past, present, and future reservations.
  • Crisis Management: Respond to guest booking inquiries and emergencies with emotional intelligence and effective solutions to ensure a positive outcome.
  • Collaborative Solutions: Work closely with team members to deliver timely solutions that support both guests and Cozi Vacation Rentals.
  • Database Management: Maintain and expand your database of prospects and current guests, ensuring all interactions are documented accurately and efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bilingual Communication: Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sales Experience: Proven inside sales experience with a successful track record of exceeding sales quotas. Experience in cold calling is a must.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong desire to provide exceptional customer experiences, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and find effective solutions quickly.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and pay attention to detail.
  • Team Player: Thrives in a collaborative, dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using various digital communication tools and property management software. Must have reliable, high-speed internet connectivity for all working days.
  • Availability: Must be available to work during major US holidays and peak booking periods, including weekends.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Monthly Rate: $950

Bonus:

  • Commissions are based on guest reservations.
