Laundry Attendant

We work with licensed and insured LOCAL vendors to help with the process. We provide innovative technology for the customer booking a vacation and an open line of communication with homeowners.

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Laundry Attendant at Carolina Beach, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a clean and comfortable stay. You will be responsible for sorting, washing, and drying linens, towels, and other laundry items using commercial laundry equipment while following proper sanitization and load limit protocols. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized laundry room.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sorting linens, towels, top of bed and other laundry items by color, size, and material
• Packing laundry items based on packing sheet for clean cleaning crews.
• Washing items with commercial laundry equipment following proper sanitization protocols
• Drying items with commercial laundry equipment following proper load limit protocols.
• Cleaning and maintaining laundry room area and equipment.
• Unloading laundry from commercial dryers
• Stocking laundry supplies such as detergent, bleach, laundry bags and fabric softener
• Creating laundry tags with identifiable customer information

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous commercial laundry experience preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift over 20 lbs.
• Reliable Transportation
• Valid Driver's License
• Able to work weekends and holidays as needed.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Rate: $15 - $17

Schedule

• Hours vary based on business needs. Must be willing and able to work nights, holidays and weekends.
