POSITION SUMMARY:

We’re looking for a talented marketing assistant based in the Philippines to step into this exciting remote role. As our Remote Marketing Assistant, you will be crucial in crafting and executing compelling marketing campaigns to attract both guests and new property owners.

A Typical Day:

Start your day wherever you work best—your home office, a cozy café, or wherever inspires you. Kick things off by designing eye-catching graphics and creating promotional materials that make our brand shine. Next, you may dive into social media, scheduling posts that grab the attention of our ideal guests and engage with comments to foster a strong connection with our community. You'll also play a key role in crafting and managing email campaigns, plus help bring marketing ideas to lifefrom brainstorming to execution—all with the goal of turning curious “lookers” into enthusiastic “bookers.”

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design visually appealing graphics and promotional materials using.
  • Develop and manage email campaigns through Mailchimp to engage audiences and generate leads.
  • Create, schedule and monitor posts on Facebook and other platforms to boost brand visibility and engagement.
  • Assist in planning, launching and tracking marketing campaigns to attract guests and property owners.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in content creation, email campaigns and social media management.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Mailchimp and platforms like Facebook.
  • Must possess excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Experience in or enthusiasm for the vacation rental or hospitality industry is a plus.
