POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Manager of Partner Marketing to grow and maintain strategic marketing partnerships within the property management technology space. This role will collaborate closely with an established partner network to expand Turno's brand presence.

In this role, you will execute online and offline campaigns that increase engagement, signups, and adoption of Turno’s platform from partner accounts. Your experience in launching effective campaigns and fostering joint marketing initiatives will help accelerate Turno’s reach in the competitive STR marketplace.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and support relationships with 20+ short-term rental partners.
  • Set up performance-based nurture sequences and email marketing campaigns to increase user signups.
  • Set up reporting and monitoring partner performance metrics; proactively solve and execute initiatives to increase user signups.
  • Collaborate on content initiatives such as blogs, case studies, and industry reports.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with key marketing partners to foster participation and strengthen alliances.
  • Coordinate Turno’s presence and strategy at industry events, conferences, and tradeshows.
  • Up to 25% of role will require company-sponsored travel.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 3+ years experience in business development and partnerships.
  • At least 2+ years of experience executing marketing automation campaigns.
  • Familiarity with property management software and platforms in the STR industry.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms and marketplace models.
  • Demonstrated experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 25%.

Annual Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 (OTE $90,000) base salary depending on location and experience
