POSITION SUMMARY:
Are you a seasoned hospitality professional with a passion for exceptional guest and owner services? This position is perfect for you if you’ve been looking for a role where you can collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless operations and coordination of guest and owner services, while training the front desk staff, working with vendors and suppliers, greeting guests and owners, and solving problems that may arise.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Learn the reservation system to perform as back up on an as needed basis.
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure coordination of guest and owner services such as housekeeping, maintenance, shuttle and personally fulfills required task(s) if the need arises.
- Train and actively participate in planning, assigning, and directing work of the front desk staff
- Appraise front desk staff performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Develop and implement training procedures to assure the growth and retention of a quality work force, and to ensure health and safety protocols are followed by all staff.
- Answer inquiries pertaining to lodging policies and services.
- Advise guests of available activities such as skiing, skating, sleigh-rides, local events and other activities or concierge services as requested.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure adequate delivery of supplies and services.
- Maintain a secure key control system to ensure the safety of our guests, owners, and their property.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience
- 1-2 years of front desk experience
- Basic computer skills required, experience with Track, Breezeway and V12 a plus
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Rate: $21/hour - $23/hour based on experience and achievement
Bonus: Discretionary bonuses available

Schedule: Available to work all hours, including weekends and holidays, with varying shift schedules.
