POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the day to day upkeep of all aspects of our resort properties, including exterior maintenance and landscaping, general cleaning and maintenance of common areas, lobbies, lounges, etc. If you like to work thoroughly and consistently achieve goals in a supportive and professional environment, apply today.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Care and upkeep of common areas for all resort properties to include snow and ice removal, basic landscaping, sweeping of both interior and exterior floors and walkways and trash pickups.
- Maintain high quality standards for all buildings and grounds, ensuring that common areas, buildings and grounds meet first class standards at all times.
- Deliver and pick up guest requested items such as fans, air mattresses or sheets and towels as necessary.
- Perform minor repairs in rental units including replacing lightbulbs, CO monitors, smoke detectors and/or remote batteries.
- Assists other departments as requested
- Ensure all work orders assigned are satisfactorily completed while maintaining accurate timesheets and production records for pay and billing information.
- Communicate with supervisors and front desk staff of potential problems that might arise or affect guest or owner satisfaction or safety.
- Adhere to company policies and follow all safety regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Basic Maintenance skills
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license, must be 21 years of age to be approved for company insurance policy.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly: Salary: $19 - $28 based on experience and achievement

Schedule: Flexible schedule, some nights and weekends but most shifts are 8am-5pm
