POSITION SUMMARY:
Are you a skilled accountant/bookkeeper who loves to work in a professional environment with a supportive team? If you have experience in QuickBooks Online, Xero, and similar platforms, we’d love to hear from you.
Our team is looking for a Full-Time Senior Accountant/Bookkeeper who is diligent and dedicated to their work.
In this role, you'll:
- Utilize your expertise to oversee the daily accounting functions of our vacation rental company.
- Work with a variety of accounting software, bringing your knowledge and skills to the table.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain precise financial records, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Manage and track payments, billing, and invoicing for services and fees related to vacation rentals and property management.
- Support payroll processing and ensure accurate tax reporting compliance.
- Assist in preparing year-end tax documents, audits, and special projects related to budgeting and financial planning.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related financial role; experience in hospitality or property management is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and payroll/tax regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, knowledge of other Accounting softwares is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to work well across teams.
- Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Wage: $20 - $26 per hour based on experience and achievement
Bonus: Annual bonuses awarded to select employees based on performance and merit.
