POSITION SUMMARY:
The core focus of this job is to drive the ship on our showroom floor to meet new homeowners that might want to list their property with us and produce sales revenue from showroom products. We are seeking an individual who is willing to learn and adapt to an evolving system as the company continues to grow. The main goal of this position would be Re-Ordering Sold products and Inbounding orders. This is a team position where you will be working alongside other staff and the following checklists will be important.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leadership: Drive sales by engaging with potential clients and showcasing our products.
- Identify new homeowners that might want to list their property as a vacation rental and engage them in the sales process
- Manage Inventory: Reorder sold products and manage inbound orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Collaborate: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and achieve sales targets.
- Adapt and Innovate: Quickly respond to changing conditions and implement practical, timely solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales experience preferred
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and listening skills.
- Drug testing required, a failure to pass a drug screening (including marijuana) will remove you from consideration for this role
- A reliable vehicle to get to work.
- Established residence on the North Coast or a solid transition plan in place. Ie. Lease
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 OTE
Bonus: 2% commission on sales

- The schedule runs from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Sunday through Thursday.
