POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a proactive maintenance manager to collaborate with our maintenance team. As a maintenance manager at SeaBreeze Vacation, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance tasks that are scheduled and completed efficiently and effectively, as well as maintaining high standards for property upkeep and guest satisfaction—salary based on experience.

This position reports directly to the Director of Experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented and able to identify and resolve issues efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.
  • Company truck and warehouse inventory control procedures and tracking management.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Maintenance Department, including scheduling, resource allocation, inventory, and workflow management.
  • Reschedule and follow up with job tasks in Breezeway to ensure the timely completion of all responsibilities.
  • Coordinate daily activities of maintenance technicians, ensuring timely and high-quality completion of tasks.
  • Manage technician schedules, assigning tasks based on priority, skills, and availability.
  • Schedule property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs proactively.
  • Manage SeaBreeze Vacation’s inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and vehicles.
  • Work with the Housekeeping Coordinator to monitor and maintain inventory levels of supplies/amenities.
  • Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe.
  • Coordinate with SeaBreeze Design to order and receive goods, and manage scheduling to ensure timely replacement/installation of items at the property.
  • Act as the first point of contact with external contractors and vendors, coordinating with them to address higher-level issues.
  • Address and resolve any quality issues or guest complaints related to maintenance work.
    Communicate and collaborate with the reservations department so all guests remain current on pending maintenance issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proven management experience in a maintenance or operations role, preferably in a property management setting.
  • Excellent attention to detail, effective communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, preferably Breezeway & Streamline.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $50,000 - $65,000
