POSITION SUMMARY:
The Executive Assistant position at Stay Dog Rentals is a crucial role that supports the company's leadership team in maintaining efficient operations and fostering growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. They should be proactive, adaptable, and able to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a background in administrative support, preferably within the hospitality or real estate industry. Experience in managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems are also desirable.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Serve as a liaison between the leadership team and other departments
- Handle information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital
- Respond to inquiries and requests from guests, property owners, and business partners
- Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team as needed
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events and meetings
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Vacation rental and/or Real Estate experience preferred
- 1-2 years Administrative experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different personalities
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a talent for creating structure and efficiency
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects
- Proficient in problem-solving and able to make quick, sound decisions
- Energetic and enthusiastic, with a positive attitude that uplifts the work environment

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Rate: $21.00 - $24.00
