POSITION SUMMARY:

Are you a strategic thinker who loves systems and making things more efficient?

We’re looking for an Operations Manager to lead and elevate our hospitality and operations divisions in Philadelphia. This is your opportunity to see your expertise and ideas create results as a key player in our growing company.

As the Operations Manager you will oversee a variety of operational tasks across our properties, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional service. You’ll work closely with senior management to solve problems, optimize processes, and maintain high standards. Your role will involve generating detailed reports, managing budgets, onboarding new apartments, and cultivating relationships with vendors and contractors.

We're looking for someone with proven experience in operations management, ideally within the hospitality sector. While a background in vacation rentals is not mandatory, you must have the leadership skills to manage a small team. Your ability to use technology to streamline processes, strong communication abilities, and organizational skills will be important drivers for our success. Your main goal is to establish a strong and efficient team to deliver an exceptional experience for our guests. Being willing to get hands-on in the field will aid you in achieving this goal.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage a small team by building processes and developing people.
  • Collaborate with senior management to solve problems and execute detailed operations.
  • Optimize our software used.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Operations to onboard new properties, handling tasks such as budgeting, procurement of goods, and aspects of project management.
  • Partner with Housekeeping and Maintenance, collaborating with these teams to provide an excellent guest experience.
  • Communicate with guests and residents both virtually and in person, ensuring prompt issue resolution and high satisfaction levels.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in operations management working with frontline workers, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Must be tech-savvy, as we utilize a robust technology stack, including Breezeway, Guesty, Google Sheets, Notion, and more.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with guests, residents, and team members - Spanish speaking is a bonus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to collaborate effectively with senior management.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Central Operations teams to achieve or exceed objectives and key results

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Base Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 based on experience

Bonus:

  • Up to 20% of the salary can be earned as a bonus based on performance metrics and guest satisfaction.
