POSITION SUMMARY:
At Iron Horse Property Management, we're seeking a Office Coordinator/Reservationist who is naturally patient, enjoys accurate desk work, able to handle multiple information streams and works well on a team. This role has a Monday through Friday schedule with no after hours responsibilities.
In this position, your positive attitude and ability to provide exceptional customer service will significantly shape our guests' first impressions of our brand and their overall experience. Your ability to multitask calmly and professionally in a busy environment will be what sets you apart. You'll also work hand in hand with our dedicated maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure every aspect of our operations runs seamlessly, meeting our guests' needs with care, and working with industry softwares and apps. Your role will be crucial in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests, making you an integral part of our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Office duties that include opening the office and professionally managing all incoming telephone, email, and online inquiries.
- Efficiently process reservations and payments using industry software, thoroughly understanding all rental properties to assist guests effectively.
- Provide high-quality customer service, responding promptly and courteously to all guest questions and service requests.
- Coordinate timely and accurate delivery of requests between guests and the maintenance department and direct vendors as necessary.
- Manage administrative tasks, including retrieving and sorting mail, processing incoming payments, and filing paperwork.
- Proactively follow up on all guest service requests to ensure satisfaction, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely fashion, and uphold the company's standard for exceptional service.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-2 years of office / admin experience required.
- Hospitality and Vacation Rental experience preferred.
- Skilled in computer operation and internet use - proficient in using diverse online software applications and having the ability to learn new softwares / apps in a reasonable timeline to ensure the efficient completion of tasks.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a knack for meticulously planning, executing details, and juggling multiple tasks efficiently.
- Able to communicate effectively with team members, departments, and vendors, demonstrating a positive attitude.
- Punctual with reliable transportation
- Able to remember details about the properties we offer, as well as local attractions and events.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Wage: $22 - $25 based on experience and achievement
