POSITION SUMMARY:

Join our team as a Luxury Property Manager & Homeowner Liaison

In this unique position, you’ll serve as the point of contact for a select group of affluent homeowners. You will manage all aspects of the owner experience, from property care and maintenance to financial oversight, ensuring compliance with our best-in-class standards. You will offer white-glove service and maintain proactive and productive relationships.

Your day-to-day 

Given the dynamic nature of luxury property management, your day will often involve multitasking and adapting to new challenges. This often includes communicating with vendors to ensure the best services at fair prices, collaborating with the Revenue Department to ensure the financial health of our properties, and strategizing to enhance property performance. You’ll also spend time with homeowners, answering their questions, keeping them informed, and

ensuring they’re confident their investment is safe in our capable hands. This dynamic environment offers a unique blend of challenges and rewards, making every day different and exciting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage all aspects of the owner experience and relationship to include the complete care and maintenance of luxury properties
  • Act as liaison between our owners and all departments of the company
  • Inspect and arrange for maintenance and housekeeping to meet our best in class standards
  • Maintain a positive, proactive, and productive relationship with our owners.
  • Oversee properties’ personnel and assess their performance
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Department and report periodically on financial performance
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective vendors to benefit the business.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • One year proven work history as a property manager with a working understanding of property management and its many aspects
  • Hands-on experience working with discerning clients and delivering premium, white-glove service.
  • In-depth knowledge of local rules and regulations surrounding property management
  • Tech savvy with competency in MS Office and relevant software systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a bottom-line orientation - effectively engaging, communicating, and building relationships with others.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills. Dependable, flexible, and accountable.
  • Motivated self-starter with the capability to thrive under pressure and adapt to adversity. Must be proactive and driven, committed to achieving results in a dynamic setting.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $52,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year based on achievement and experience.

Schedule: This position operates on 8-hour day shifts and requires availability for holidays, on-call duties, and frequent weekends depending on the season and flow of guest reservations.
