As the Linens Operations Manager at Stellar Dweller, you’ll be vital in managing our linen and cleaning operations. Working on-site at our downtown Fort Walton Beach location and reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
Your Day to Day
Each day, our team will depend on you to use our commercial washing equipment and effective stain removal techniques to ensure all linens meet our quality standards. You’ll also oversee linen inventory, organize and prepare linen bags for our cleaning teams, and be the bridge between our leadership team and the cleaning staff to ensure we have a high-performing and cooperative work environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Utilize commercial washing machines and stain removal techniques to effectively clean linens with stains, ensuring that all linens meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of all linens, including tracking incoming and outgoing inventory, conducting regular inventory counts, and replenishing stock to meet demand.
- Prepare linen bags for distribution to our cleaning team, ensuring each bag contains the linens and supplies needed to clean assigned properties.
- Serve as a point of contact for our cleaning team, addressing any questions or concerns they may have regarding linens, supplies, or other operational matters. Foster positive relationships with cleaners to ensure a collaborative and efficient work environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
- Reach overhead and below the waist
- Regularly push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds
- Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage inventory effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
