POSITION SUMMARY:
We are searching for a committed and skilled Maintenance Technician to support our Maintenance Manager in keeping our hotel and grounds in pristine condition. This full-time role provides an opportunity to play a substantial role, guaranteeing a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for our residents, visitors, and staff.
Your Role on the Team:
Provide support to our Maintenance Manager in all aspects of maintenance
Conduct routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance across various systems (i.e., mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC), addressing each detail no matter how minor.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest maintenance requests, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform repairs on make-ready units and complete resident work order requests.
- Regularly inspect the property for needed improvements and repairs, coordinating findings with the Maintenance Manager.
- Support the Maintenance Manager with maintenance requests, inventory control, and efficient utilization of supplies.
- Ensure the grounds are consistently clear of litter and assist Grounds personnel with unit clean-outs as needed.
- Operate all equipment correctly and conduct scheduled maintenance.
- Provide backup support to the Housekeeper and other maintenance staff as required.
- Contribute to team efforts to maintain a safe and attractive property environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in maintenance and handy work
- Knowledge and experience in plumbing, electricity, painting, flooring, HVAC
- Strong ability to multi-task and work with third-party vendors.
- Professional, conscientious, and an excellent team player
- Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $39,000 - $41,600 based on experience and achievement
