POSITION SUMMARY:

As the Hotel Manager, your main goal is to elevate our property to new levels of operational excellence and enhance guest satisfaction. Serving as an ambassador for the brand and hotel, you will oversee all departments. Success will require close collaboration with our hotel owners and stakeholders to achieve financial goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise and ensure high-quality standards across all hotel functions, including Housekeeping, Guest Experience, Maintenance, and Food & Beverages.
  • Conduct regular briefings and meetings with department heads, ensuring operational compliance and service excellence.
  • Lead property initiatives, including capital projects and customer service enhancements.
  • Manage financial aspects, including operational budgets and cost-saving measures, while maintaining high guest satisfaction levels.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance of hotel staff, ensuring a high standard of service and operational efficiency.
  • Handle escalated complaints unresolved through initial channels and supervise service recovery procedures.
  • Lead the hotel's public relations efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, with proven management skills in the hospitality industry.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is an asset.
  • Proficient in managing financial aspects, including operational budgets and cost-saving measures,
  • Strong leadership, communication and recruitment capabilities
