At Porter, we understand that exceptional cleanliness creates the necessary backdrop for outstanding guest experiences. As a Housekeeping Contractor, your role will be crucial to ensure that our properties are meticulously cleaned, staged, stocked, and ready to welcome our next guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning living areas, restroom cleaning, exterior touch-ups, etc.
- Empty trash receptacles, replace liners, clean windows, and maintain common area cleanliness.
- Stock and perform staging duties as needed
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
- Adhere to established cleaning and safety procedures

QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of one year of experience focusing on time management and customer service is preferred.
- Experience in commercial, residential, or vacation rental cleaning preferred.
- Must have reliable personal transportation, a valid driver’s license, and insurance.
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) and lift weights to 30lbs.
- Proficient in floor care techniques and carpet cleaning, familiar with relevant methods and equipment.
- Capable of working independently and on a team, with high efficiency and minimal supervision.
- Strong English communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Wage: $20.00 - 23.00 per hour based on experience and achievement.
