POSITION SUMMARY:
Dive into a pivotal role as the Community Association Manager (CAM) with us. As the Community Association Manager, our leadership team will entrust you with the day-to-day operations of one beach-front condominium association. Your responsibilities will encompass not just upholding our policies and procedures but ensuring full compliance with the laws of the State of Florida and the By-Laws and Covenants of the Association.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrative:
- Oversee daily operations, staff, and vendor management; prepare and manage budgets with the Board Treasurer; ensure timely financial reporting and adherence to Florida's regulations.
- Schedule and attend all Board and Member meetings; consistently update board members on financial and operational matters; foster a communicative environment with regular updates and feedback sessions.
- Review and optimize contracts; solicit competitive bids for major services; manage vendor payments and handle all financial collections, ensuring alignment with the set budget.
- Comply with directives from Florida's Regulatory Council of Community Association Managers; actively participate in BBA Association and Scenic Stays training and events for continuous improvement.
Customer Service:
- Act as the primary liaison between the Board and Owners and maintain a positive relationship with Board members, committee members, and owners.
- Handle owner inquiries regarding all association matters.
- Act as liaison with the insurance agent to secure coverage for association common property and file insurance claims or assist with filing and ensuring claim completion.
- Handle all interactions with various stakeholders with professionalism and respect.
Community Management:
- Perform regular property inspections and coordinate required inspections with specialist vendors.
- Ensure maintenance and repair of association property for compliance with regulations.
- Establish and maintain contracts, such as landscaping and building services and oversee contracted vendor activities, including maintenance, cleaning, and security.
- Address security infractions and recommend changes for enhanced security.
- Manage all capital projects, ensuring certificates of insurance are collected, and deadlines are met.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Requires a current Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) license (must be noted on resume)
- Community Association Management experience required (1+ years is preferred)
- Driver’s license required
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents and respond effectively to inquiries and complaints.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Quickbooks is a plus.
- Professional appearance, business casual attire, good grooming and hygiene habits.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 based on experience and achievement

Schedule: On Site Position. Able to work 40+ hours per week, with occasional weekend availability.
